Heat Networks (Scotland) Bill 17 Part 2—Heat network consent Compensation 25 Compensation on modification or revocation of heat network consent (1) The Scottish Ministers may by regulations make provision for or about the payment of compensation to the person holding a heat network consent in consequence of— 5 (a) the modification of a heat network consent as mentioned in section 23(2)(b), (b) the revocation of a heat network consent in accordance with regulations under section 24. (2) Regulations under subsection (1) may in particular make provision about— (a) the circumstances in which compensation is payable, 10 (b) the calculation of compensation, (c) the procedure to be followed in connection with claiming compensation, (d) the review of decisions made under the regulations, (e) appeals against decisions made under the regulations.
