Stopping and detaining vehicles or vessels 8 (1) A constable in uniform may stop and detain a vehicle or vessel for the purpose of the 10 exercise of a relevant power. 1 (2) A vehicle or vessel may be detained under sub-paragraph (1) for so long as it is reasonably required for the purpose of the exercise of the power concerned. The same thing applies when you look at patients who die on track 2 of MAID in Canada. If you are trying to determine whether higher levels of marginalisation are leading people to MAID, you do not only look at marginalisation levels in those who have track 1 and track 2 MAID.
