To ask the Scottish Government what analysis it has undertaken of the potential impact of the funding allocated in its Budget 2025-26 on Aberdeenshire Council’s ability to invest in local infrastructure and support economic development.
To ask the Scottish Government how its draft Budget 2025-26 will support local authorities to better serve rural communities, such as those in Aberdeenshire and Angus council areas in the North East Scotland region.

To ask the Scottish Government, in light of the announcement in its draft Budget2025-26 that it plans to mitigate the UK Government’s two-child benefit cappolicy in Scotland, what it estimates the cost will be of doing so, peraffected child.
Its work will focus on ensuring that any new offence is operationally effective and enforceable, and on identifying the requirements of a deliverable and sustainable support package for those who wish to exit prostitution.
This will fund: • Distance Learning Fund – up to £610,000 to fund social work distance learning course fees for 64 new social workers (two students per local authority); • Practice Educator Fund – up to £150,000 to support postgraduate certificate fees funding through HEIs for up to 100 practice educators; • Mental Health Officer Qualification Fund – up to ...
