Delegated Powers and Law Reform Committee consideration
The Delegated Powers and Law Reform Committee (DPLR) considered the instrument at its meeting on 26 October 2021. The DPLR Committee agreed that it did not need to draw the Parliament’s attention to the instrument on any grounds within its remit.
The scheme is administered under a resolution of the House of 26 May 1999, as amended by a resolution of 23 March 2016, and consolidated and updated by the Members Estimate Committee.
