W e hope the Committee wish to see our sector develop in serving existing and new markets such as India. We cannot develop as businesses, with a threat of moratorium.
I then outline examples of existing data sharing practice across the education sector, including information about the relevant legal gateways, followed by areas where work is ongoing to share new data to support policy objectives.

Together with COSLA, we will establish a new Mental Health and Leadership Board which will include representation from a range of Scottish Government portfolio areas, Local Government, NHS Boards, Integrated Joint Boards, and the Third Sector.

On-boarding surveys have been introduced for staff in the first 12 months of employment to review feedback alongside exit interview questionnaires to enable consideration of further action. A new Service Level Agreement with NHS Dumfries and Galloway commenced on 1 April 2023, to offer additional support to staff.
In our view the benefits of centralisation for service users and communities have not been evidenced, whereas the unintended financial consequences and risks inherent in the new centralised arrangements are clear and particularly the risks for staff.
