In regulation 3(11), in the modifications to Part A of Annex 3, paragraphs 4(2)(ii) and (iii) of new Schedule 1E make reference to Article 2b(1) and (3) of Decision 2015/1554.

Section 26 – Rectification of the Crofting Register
This section amends Part 2 of the Crofting Reform (Scotland) Act 2010, focusing on how errors in the Crofting Register can be corrected.
The previous Prime Minister, Theresa May had committed to legislate in this way in a statement to the House of Commons on 26 February 2019.
