Indicators and measuring success
The assessment of performance against the National Outcomes is set out on the Scottish Government's website. The website notes that "Performance is assessed as improving, maintaining or worsening based on the change between the last two data points of an indicator1Scottish Government. (2024).
The Health Protection (Coronavirus) (Restrictions) (Scotland) Regulations 2020 (“the principle regulations”) were laid and came into force on 26 March and were approved by the Parliament on 1 April.
