Similarly the incentive system needed to be less bureaucratic and promote creativity. It was emphasised that incentives for woodlands and other land uses needs an integrated incentive system as part of any new land use policy from 2024 (this is the date that has been set for a new policy to be in place), which requires everyone around the table.
