Regulation of Legal Services (Scotland) Bill - Regulatory objectives, professional principles, legal services and legal service providers
To a degree these are the same as the current regulatory objectives in section 1 of the 2010 Act. However, the Bill also includes new regulatory objectives such as the promotion of "effective communication between regulators, legal services providers and bodies that represent the interests of consumers".
