P ART 3A R EVIEW OF A CT 20A Review of operation of Act 20 (1) As soon as reasonably practicable after the end of each of the two review periods, the Scottish Ministers must— (a) undertake a review of the operation of this Act, and (b) prepare a report on that review. (2) The Scottish Ministers may delegate their functions under subsection (1) to such person 25 as they consider appropriate.
