Subordinate Legislation: The Budget (Scotland) Act 2024 Amendment Regulations 2024 [draft]

The ABR Supporting Document confirms that, since the Scottish Government’s 2024-25 Budget was published, there have been changes in portfolio responsibilities following the appointment of the new First Minister on 7 May. Table 1.2 in the ABR Supporting Document provides a reconciliation between the budget agreed for 2024-25 for the previous portfolios and the new portfolio structure.
