To ask the Scottish Government whether speech and language therapists that carry out home visits can continue to visit their clients under the current COVID-19 restrictions.
To look at it another way, if we say that half the population will gain and half will lose, then it is a transfer of £26 from the richest people to the poorest.

It also visited the marine research facilities at the Scottish Association for Marine Science and the Dunstaffnage fish farm operated by Scottish Sea Farms.
During that visit we discussed the impact of the rate of the proposed tax on the recycled aggregates industry, and on the cross-border movement of aggregates.
