Supported by: Jenny Gilruth* *S5M-13653 Annie Wells: Music Broth Scotland Gets Premises in Govanhill That the — Parliament congratulates Music Broth Scotland, which is based in Govanhill, on getting its own premises; acknowledges that, after one year of operating, which has seen it collect hundreds of donated instruments from the community, develop strong partnerships with other organisations and deliver instruments to people who need them to help them get excited about music, it now has space to develop even further; understands that the new space is perfect for storing equipment and acting as a central location; believes that it is hoping to work with schools to give young people interested in learning an instrument the opportunity to have access to that particular instrument; notes that it offers hardship funds to people to help give them opportunities to create musical ventures, and wishes it all the best with its work and its new premises.
