If a person goes to one end of the high street to visit Jobcentre Plus and to the other end to visit Careers Scotland and Skills Development Scotland, that is a problem.

The first figure of sites sampled from 2013-14 to 2019-20 is from a published assessment, and the second figure is from the number of sites visited within the raw data that has been published to date (2013-14 to 2021-22).
Thank you very much, minister. The new social security system is obviously a large undertaking, given that it involves setting up a new agency and developing new IT systems.
The Committee published its Stage 1 Report on the Bill on 26 November. As expected there are two recommendations concerning the SPCB and as Members know the Presiding Officer has written to the Committee with our views on both points.
