The number of registered sex offenders managed at level 3 has decreased in the last 12 months from 34 to 26. There is no risk to the public in a case being downgraded from level 3 to level 2 if that is what the risk management requires.
I have become aware, through Ann Stark’s direct meetings with the Lord Advocate, that there will be a visit to the coroner’s office in Lancashire next Friday, 2 May, which is really good news.
