We were interested to understand how this number was reached and what services the additional GPs would be involved in delivering.
We looked at designing a completely new operating model for children’s services by using the brighter futures principles and methodology, and by integrating the evidence-based programmes into that new model.
On 24th February 2021, I published new guidance ‘Open with Care’ to support the return of indoor visiting and meaningful contact between care home residents and their loved ones.
I am particularly pleased that I was able to protect the nature restoration fund of £26 million, meaning that it has been at that level for two consecutive years.
