I appreciate that it can be said that a person who dies in a mental hospital may die of natural causes, but the same may be said of those who die in prison, so most of the things that apply to one also apply to the other.

To ask the Scottish Government what discussions it has had with the Bank of England regarding its assessment of the financial stability risks associated with buy-to-let investors exiting the market and how this might impact on Scotland.
We should not have so many people dying in hospital and choosing to go into hospital to die. There is a conversation to be had with the public about the best place to die and about how we resource the capacity to support people to die at home or in appropriate care settings in...
