Following my announcement to Parliament and significant coverage in the media and Twitter, the Transport Scotland website was updated to show the expected date of completion had changed to Spring 2018.
Did the cabinet secretary misspeak when she said that it was on 16 June, or were people resigning from the court and the top of Dundee university before the report was even published?
Were there conclusions around the need for the 2013 act to be amended? What are the top findings from your study that the committee should look at in order to bring about improvements?
Might we try to get into that kind of discussion, so that it is not seen that local authorities are being directed from the top to do things that they might not want to do?
I would just like to understand what stopped their being able to access that money. What were they not able to buy? Equipment suppliers were just not able to supply equipment on time.
However, I cannot remember them off the top of my head. The amount is relatively small, but I understand that it has to go into pillar 2 in the member state.

All properties with rateable values over £51,000, and £95,000, respectively are liable for a supplement on top of the poundage, delivering an Intermediate Property Rate (50.3p) and Higher Property Rate (51.6p).
