Scottish Budget 2020-21 - Executive Summary
The income tax reconciliation outlook is looking more gloomy for subsequent years. Latest SFC forecasts and Office for Budget Responsibility (OBR) BGA forecasts (from March 2019) for 2018-19 point to a negative reconciliation of £555 million to be made to the 2021-22 Budget and a reduction of £211 million in the 2022-23 Budget from latest 2019-20 outturn forecast.

CPG Construction Minutes of meeting held on 090524
No such storms this time, but some could describe the last two weeks of Scottish politics as being as dramatic as many a storm: with the collapse of the Bute House agreement, the resignation of Humza Yousaf and the confirmation of John Swinney as Scotland’s New First Minister. ML noted that as a result of this, our meeting would be compressed as she will need to be away by 13.50 to get to the Chamber.

I congratulate the Ardroy ambassadors on the transfer of the provision of outdoor education at Ardroy from Fife Council to the new charitable trust, and I recognise the efforts of Fife Council staff and the previous Fife Council administration for all their work in helping to make this possible.Ardroy reopened on Monday 14 November last year when the first schoolchildren visited the new centre.
