To ask the Scottish Government what its response is to reports that 30% of sheriff courts are failing to reach the 26-week target from caution and charge to verdict.
In Scotland, the child poverty rate is 22 per cent, which is far too high. However, it is lower than the 26 per cent child poverty rate in Wales, where Labour is in Government right now.
In accordance with standard practice, the site will be visited by the Fish Health Inspectorate to undertake an escape investigation and enhanced containment inspection.
