The importance of awareness-raising
The final issue raised during our evidence-taking was of the importance of public awareness-raising efforts and campaigns to promote better understanding of the 2018 Act and to encourage people to report offences.
If we can learn from schemes of the past and modernise shared ownership in Scotland, there is an opportunity to provide a new choice for home buyers.
