In 2012 a review of SMR01 data quality, only 67% of the discharge/transfer to code was found to be correct at a Scotland Level, therefore this data should be treated with caution.
An application is considered "late" if it is submitted after the owner has taken an action to transfer the land but before missives are concluded, or an option to acquire is granted.
