Welcome and apologies Jeremy Balfour (JB) welcomed the group and the Minister Agenda item 2 2. New members Lynsey Kidd, Scottish Cot Death Trust, and Fiona Arnott-Barron, Cruse Scotland, were welcomed as new members.
Parents would remain defined as relevant persons for the purposes of the 2011 Act and thus, (as per Rule 26 of the Rules of Procedure in Children’s Hearings 2013) would be entitled to receipt of all papers and information to be considered by the Children’s Hearing.
