The Bill provisions will not introduce any new responsibilities for local authorities and as such will not result in any additional costs to local authorities.
Others take longer, as we try to work through exactly what needs to happen and check the question against the information that we get back from health boards on social care, or on particular care homes.
I do not recall or have in front of me how many meetings it was. I just want to get a sense of where the gap came. Did the gap come when the new chair came in, or was it before that?
