Stage 1 Report on the Fuel Poverty (Target, Definition and Strategy) (Scotland) Bill - Sections 3-5 – Fuel Poverty Strategy
The strategy must set out:
the approach that Ministers intend to take to ensure that the 2040 target is met;
the types of organisations with which Ministers intend to work (for example, local authorities or third sector bodies);
characteristics of households for which fuel poverty is a particular problem (for example, there are particular issues which arise for rural Scotland and the islands);

Sacro has trained staff available to deliver this intervention across Scotland. In the year 2016-2017 of the 26 persons who accessed Sacro’s STOP programme, only 3 persons did so in relation to sectarian behaviour as defined in the Offensive Behaviour at Football and Threatening Communications Act 2012.
