As indicated in my answer to your question of 6 March 2015 (S4W-24609), the most recent meeting between the Scottish Government and the European Commission to discuss the introduction of a management fee for EU student studying at Scottish universities took place on 26 April 2012. The Scottish Government does not hold a record of these discussions.
