To ask the Scottish Government whether any (a) minister or (b) official has visited (i) Switzerland, (ii) Norway, (iii) Sweden or (iv) Denmark since 2007.
I hope that everyone will join me in wishing those involved every success as they embark on this exciting new chapter. The cabinet secretary has already partly explained this, but how does she expect that this innovative idea will offer new benefits and enhancements to the young folk in Aberdeen?
A standing intergovernmental secretariat will also be established to provide administrative support and promote the efficient and effective maintenance of relations at each tier and for the handling and resolution of disputes.
Inclusive communication and accessibility of information
A new section of the bill requires that, in considering how to promote take-up of devolved assistance (see above), Ministers must have regard to the importance of inclusive communication (s.1C).

The Committee also explored with the Cabinet Secretary how business advice can be made available to crofters, both for new entrants and to those wishing to develop their businesses.
It is important to understand that the working time regulations allow that for junior doctors the reference period over which the average of 48 hours a week is to be determined is a 26-week period. That is why we are so keen—and why we monitor—that the working time regulations are kept to.
