(3) Regulations under this section— (a) are subject to the affirmative procedure if they add to, replace or omit any part 10 of the text of an Act, but 1 (b) otherwise are subject to the negative procedure. 24 Regulation-making powers (1) The 2018 Act is modified as follows.
