That is one of the things that would make my evening, because I asked the Parliament more than a year ago whether it would fit shelves in the disabled toilets, and the latestnews is that it is still thinking about it.
Unfortunately, the issue that we are discussing might be just another excuse for them not to lend, especially to potential owners in the new-build market. It is interesting to hear that buildings that are being built to the latest regulations are being captured within the EWS1 form regime.
During Covid, things were very different. It brought in a new way of thinking for people and a new appreciation of what places were like and how they could be nice places to live, work and spend time in.
