Stage 2 Report on the Climate Change (Emissions Reduction Targets) (Scotland) Bill - Annex A - Response to Committee's Recommendations on Climate Change Plans

In particular, it is noted that if the Bill achieves commencement by the end of 2019, then the next full Plan will be required at the latest by end 2024, which would align with the first specific year proposed by the Committee.
