Stage 1 Report on the Social Security (Amendment) (Scotland) Bill - Review and appeal rights
CPAG explained that the Bill creates a provision for a new legal process in another part of the Act but the wording is the same as the redetermination process—

Stage 1 report on the Hunting with Dogs (Scotland) Bill - ‘Exceptions to the exceptions’ – licensing schemes to permit the use of more than two dogs for the management of wild mammals above ground and for environmental benefit
Section 4 provides a licence scheme for the section 3 exception for the management of wild mammals above ground and section 8 provides for a licence scheme for the section 7 exception for environmental benefit.

Pre Budget Report: Draft 2020/21 Budget - Aligning the Budget and the Climate Change Plan (CCP)
To improve alignment, the Committee recommends that future “budget summary” documents include commentary detailing specifically what CCP policies each Budget line supports.
The latest version of the CCP includes measurable milestones and in October 2018 the first progress report was published.
