Section 25(2) provides that the Scottish Ministers may, by regulations, appoint days on which provisions of the Bill will come into force, other than sections 23, 24, 25 and 26 which come into force on the day after Royal Assent.

I understand that there has been an agreement to set quotas for North Sea cod at levels that reflect the latest science. What scientific data and analysis are used in such determinations?
I do not have the details to hand of the latest discussions between Network Rail and Transport Scotland on that, which I know is something that many people in Edinburgh think would be a sensible way forward.
