The Scottish Government website has a dedicated section on Europe, including information on the implications of the EU Referendum, which can be found at http://www.gov.scot/Topics/International/Europe.
We are looking at that component as well, just to cover both sides. I have one last point. Paragraph 26 on page 12 says that “It will be some time before the full impact of welfare reform is clear.”
A further 42,000 properties are currently in EPC band E and those would be affected by the second wave of regulation in April 2022.vLocal Government and Communities Committee Official Report 26 February 2020 Col 7.
The Minister stated that guidance would be published on 1 April 2020 and the date of implementation was 1 October 2020.
