Report from a partial evaluation of the Lobbying (Scotland) Act 2016 - Users of the Lobbying Register
To provide an indication of the type of people visiting the Lobbying Register and their reasons for doing so, SPICe ran a survey on the homepage of the Lobbying Register website from 18 May 2023 to 30 June 2023 (see Annex 1.2.2). Any visitor to the homepage of the Lobbying Register could participate in the survey.

General Practice Out-of-Hours Service (Inverclyde) To ask the Scottish Government whether it can intervene, in light of concerns following NHS Greater Glasgow and Clyde’s decision to permanently reduce Inverclyde’s GP out-of-hours service, reportedly leaving Inverclyde Royal hospital as the only GP out-of-hours site in the national health service board area not to operate a full seven days a week and overnight service.

To ask the Scottish Government what information it has on how many overseas visitors arrived directly into Scottish airports or ports in 2021, broken down by, where available, (a) the stated reason for the visit, (b) how many of the visitors provided evidence of a negative COVID-19 test at the point of arrival, (c) how many visitors were tested for COVID-19 by health authorities on arrival, (d) how many visitors were found to be positive for COVID-19 on arrival and (e) how many visitors were denied entry on the grounds of public health alone.
