More generally, the Scottish Government meets representatives of the college sector frequently, through in-person meetings, visits, online meetings and written communication with individual colleges, the sector as a whole and representative bodies.

To ask the Scottish Government how many clinical trials there currently are for cancer, and whether these have recommenced. The latest data cut of 22.07.2021 showed 262 active Cancer Clinical Trials in Scotland.
In 2023, we opened a station at Inverness airport as part of our £42 million Scottish Government investment to increase capacity and strengthen resilience on the network. As well as providing a new, green means of accessing the airport for passengers and staff, the new station serves the Inverness airport business park and the growing new town of Tornagrain.
In 2008, benzodiazepines were implicated in 26 per cent of drug deaths; in 2018, with the number of drug deaths increasing dramatically year on year, that figure was 67 per cent.
