The main change to the IGR mechanisms is that the JMC is being replaced with a new three tier structure. The new arrangements are set out in the diagram below. 4 CEEAC/S6/22/15/2 ANNEXE A In contrast to the JMC, which met only when called by the UK Government, engagement within the new structure is to take place regularly.
