The positivity of concessionary fares is beyond doubt, and I am sure that the new transport minister will report back to the Parliament with the findings of the consultation when it is complete.
What improvements could be made? The practical reality for any new SPCB supported function is that the new entity needs to be stood up from ground zero by the appointed officeholder and all of this takes time to achieve.
