The Local Government and Communities Committee recommended the introduction of compulsory sale orders in 2019. Despite being included in the latest Scottish National Party manifesto, there appears to be little movement on that issue.

Would that not follow automatically if there was a review every five years of a licence and regular local authority visits? Apart from anything else, if all the parks have to apply for a new licence within 24 months, the workload for councils will probably be substantial if they have not visited the parks for many years.
Overall, I am happy to support the bill. 16:26 Aggregates are a relatively specialist sector, but the details of legislation that affects the sector matter.

Registration opened on 15 June 2017, and delivery of Baby Boxes nationwide began on 15 August 2017 for all babies born and resident in Scotland. Up to 26 February 2021, we have distributed 166,813 Baby Boxes to families across Scotland.
To ask the Scottish Government how many times its COVID-19 advisory has met and what it has discussed. The group was first convened on 26 March 2020 and has met every Monday and Thursday since then.

To ask the Scottish Government how many pupils in (a) S1 to S3 and (b) S4 to S7 have been taught in class sizes of (i) fewer than 18, (ii) 19 to 25, (iii) 26 to 30 and (iv) more than 30 pupils in each of the last 10 years.
