Right to make representations
The Joint Working Group on Sexual Harassment recommended that, where a person makes a complaint about sexual harassment, they should have new rights to make representations during the complaints process.
In 2021, we published the CSR, which was a multiyear plan for capital investment up to 2025-26. That coincided with the publication of the infrastructure investment plan covering the same period.
The School is aware of the intention behind this new criterion. We consider that the 2015 Regulations can continue to operate effectively and we will assist the School in the interpretation of this new criterion as needed.

To date, the website has had more than 101,000 visits from 73,000 visitors. We also provided a detailed “toolkit” for main stakeholders informing them of the new legislation and seeking their help in disseminating the information.
Business is very clear that it takes five, if not 10 years to adapt to new regulatory regimes and new rules, so it needs to have an idea of what is coming and clear goals to work towards.
We also wanted to look at the impact of the continued higher costs of living in 2024, which the data that we have cannot provide, given that the latest data that we have available is from 2021-22.
At the moment, demand appears to be fairly constant. The demand for new homes will change with the macroeconomic issues such as interest rates and inflation, if it adjusts, but at the moment people are still seeking new homes.
