Whilst some authorities are still to provide a fully complete and usable set of data, it was considered that the overall quality of the latest set of data received is looking much improved compared to six months ago.
Following those discussions UKG has tabled amendment number 90 to the proposed new section 303Z42 in the Proceeds of Crime Act 2002 in relation to cryptoassets.
