Low Emission Zones (Scotland) Regulations 2021 (SSI 2021/26)
The purpose of this instrument is to make provision for the creation and operation of a low emission zone scheme.
Of late, the SNP has made much noise about a range of new taxes, including a wealth tax. The witnesses at the finance committee all agreed that introducing a new tax is a long and complex process.
