Preparatory work is underway to establish the Review, which will be asked to report its findings to Government and Parliament by May 2026 at the latest. The innovation programme has already achieved success in terms of new projects in Scotland and overseas, new products and services, and close to £5 million in revenue that is attributable to those new products and services.
