I think that it just boils down to a simple advertising campaign at all the touch points that people use. It is about ensuring that the scheme is not just stuck away on a website somewhere.
Is it fair to say that community asset transfers can sometimes be stifled by a lack of appreciation of what best value means? Best value is often viewed through a monetary prism, so it is about getting the best monetary value and not necessarily the best community value for the asset.
