The Hunting with Dogs (Scotland) Bill - Part 1: Exceptions to the offences
For the exception for activities below ground, the Bill limits the number of dogs that may be used to one dog.
The Bill adds a new exception for activities carried out for the purpose of environmental benefit (section 7).
