Quite a lot of work has gone into improving that data set in relation to reducing the number of young people who have an unknown classification. In the latest data, which came out a couple of weeks ago, that number was down to 4.6 per cent.

Does the cabinet secretary believe that members of this Parliament should be allowed to visit schools in their constituencies and/or regions, or should councils such as Highland Council obstruct and deny such visits?
A difficult example was that, of 31 visits to a site, 29 were to do with drainage and two were of the building after completion, so while the work in which a lot of the faults were hidden was being done, nobody visited the site to see that work.
