That is understandable, given that many of us would say that a car crash is happening in front of our eyes in relation to the roll-out of universal credit. However, it is almost like a slow-moving car crash in relation to possible future actions under universal credit, with the migration of in-work benefits, including tax credit entitlements, into the universal credit system.
