Deafblindness Services To ask the Scottish Executive, further to the answer to question S1W-14825 by Malcolm Chisholm on 18 April 2001, whether it will now issue guidance similar to that issued in England and Wales under section 7 of the Local Authority Social Services Act 1970, regarding social care for deafblind children and adults. (S1O-4103) There are no plans at present to issue similar guidance in Scotland.
