Legislative Consent Memorandum - The Wild Animals in Circuses (No. 2) Bill - Consultation
As the 1976 Act is Great Britain-wide and as no circuses with wild animals had visited Scotland for several years, the Scottish Government states that it had decided to wait until the change could be made consistently across England, Wales and Scotland.

Annual Report - Equalities
It worked with the Scottish Parliament's education officers to facilitate interactive workshops externally as part of the outreach education programme and internally, with school groups who visited the Parliament. A representative of the Scottish Youth Parliament was also invited to give oral evidence on the Bill.
