Basically, you are saying that the Scottish system is completely different, that comparing England and Scotland is like comparing apples and oranges, and that the Scottish system is better than the system south of the border.
However, he is right that it is not acceptable that the Scottish Government’s budget will be reduced by £2.9 billion—9 per cent in real terms—by the end of this decade compared with when the Conservatives took office.
