Speaking as someone who is 59, I will not generalise about people’s propensity to change as they get older, but perhaps it is more difficult to persuade them to new ideas than those of a younger age.

Do you have any idea when those discussions will be concluded? I would need to double-check and get back to you on that. It is certainly part of the work that is going on at the moment, but I would need to get back to you on the data issue.
Especially those with families will want to move to their own home and get settled and we cannot offer this longer term as it’s not fair or sustainable and doesn’t solve the core issue of availability.
